Over Christmas I have been drawing up a survey of an old Post Office on Portland.
I have produced 4 floor plans, a garden plan and a section as well.
The Post Office has been purchased by a Portland Community Group who intend to make alterations to meet their needs. There are a lot of rooms and interesting spaces to make
use of.
Reminds me of a survey I drew up several years ago, which has now got Planning and Listed Building Consent to convert former Offices into Flats.
I used to work in this building and if you ask, I can point to the window I used to sit next to, for years! – the middle one on the first floor.
