Planning & Listed Building Consent was sought for the conversion of an old workshop & store attached to a Listed Building in Abbotsbury. A small Studio was proposed with a mezzanine floor over.
After a delay due to the necessity to obtain further protected species surveys and approvals Planning & Listed Building Consent was secured. The drawings were then detailed for Building Regulations and approved. In addition, an application was made to clear/discharge the Listed Building Conditions.
