I prepared a scheme design (proposal) to alter and refurbish a bungalow close to Dorchester.
The works comprised of internal alterations, changing the existing flat roofs to pitched roofs and a living room extension by means of replacing the conservatory. Initially the proposed works fell within Permitted Development and a PD enquiry was made. The client wanted to change the exterior of the property with render and Cedral cladding. Though the property was not in any designated land a planning application for the change to render and Cedral was made and approved.
I prepared the Building Regulations drawings and the works are now on site.
