I’m still working on the working drawings for the extension featuring a lot of glazing, getting ready to go out to Tender.

Also this week I carried out a full measured survey on a large 1930’s detached house.
The house has had a few minor extensions over the years but is in need of improving the layout and flow of the rooms as can be seen from the existing ground floor plan below.
